Every group has one. The friend who hosts game night, owns more dice than socks, and has opinions about which snacks are allowed near the cards. They are also the hardest person on your list, because anything big enough to matter is already on their shelf.
So go small. These stocking stuffers for board gamers and tabletop RPG players all cost less than $5, fit in a stocking with room to spare, and say something only the people at their table will get. Every item here features original art we designed, is made to order and ships to US addresses only.
How we picked
Three rules, no exceptions.
- Under $5 in every size. Every sticker and pin below stays under $5 whichever size you choose. No asterisks.
- Fits in a stocking. No folding, no rolling, no "I'll give you this one later."
- Means something at the table. A dice sticker is nice. A sticker that captures the exact moment your friend rolled a natural 20 and stood up to yell about it is better.
Don't play yourself? That's fine. We explain what each one means, so you can hand it over like you've been rolling dice for years.
Stickers for the dice box, the laptop and the notebook
Our stickers are glossy kiss-cut vinyl in four sizes, from 2 to 6 inches, starting at $2.49. They are made for indoor life: laptops, notebooks, journals and dice boxes. Not sure which size? The 3 inch is the safe middle: easy to read from across the table, small enough for a notebook cover.
- Retro Dice Sticker. A vintage tattoo style dice cluster under a banner you can believe in.
- Natural 20 Sticker. In most tabletop RPGs, a natural 20 means the die itself landed on 20, no bonuses needed. It is the best roll in the game and the loudest moment of the night. This sticker keeps it on the laptop lid forever.
- D20 Dice Sticker. The 20-sided die, in vintage teal and cream. If your person owns dice, they will get this one instantly. If they own a lot of dice, they will get it emotionally.
- Loot Goblin Sticker. For the player who searches every room, pockets every coin and insists the unattended candlestick is technically salvage.
- Crying Is a Free Action Sticker. A free action is something you can do on your turn without giving anything up. Crying when the campaign goes sideways counts. The art is a loot chest full of tissues.
- Roll for Nice Sticker. A 20-sided die in a Santa hat, rolling to stay on Santa's good side. About as Christmas as a dice sticker gets.
- Trust No Gift Mimic Sticker. A mimic is a monster disguised as a treasure chest. This one is a cute wrapped present with a lid full of tiny teeth, for the player who checks every chest twice.
- Mine All Mine Dragon Sticker. A baby dragon hugging its favorite d20 on a hoard of gold and gems, for the friend who never lends out dice.
- The Box Said 30 Minutes Sticker. A skull on a game box and an hourglass with all of its sand at the bottom, for every board game that ran long.
- Snacking Is a Bonus Action Sticker. A bonus action is a small extra move on your turn. This chubby hamster sitting in a bowl of popcorn and pretzels has decided snacks count.

Pin buttons for dice bags, jackets and lanyards
Our pins are printed metal pinback buttons in three sizes, 1.25, 2.25 and 3 inch, starting at $3.99 and under $5 in every size. They go on dice bags, backpacks, totes, jackets and convention lanyards. Unlike the chocolate in the same stocking, nobody eats them before breakfast.
- Retro Dice Pin Button. The same retro dice crest, now wearable. Pair it with the sticker above and you have a matching set for very little money.
- Cute Murder Hobo Pin Button. "Murder hobo" is table slang for the adventurer with no home, no plan and a habit of solving every problem with a sword and a loot bag. Our version is a chibi raccoon in a patched cloak, strolling away from a pile of treasure like nothing happened.
- Cute TPK Survivor Pin Button. TPK is table slang for a party wipe: the night every character went down. This little critter lived to tell the tale and is giving a thumbs up about it.
- Cute Loot Goblin Pin Button. The treasure hoarder from above, now a big-eyed chibi with a fistful of gold and the happiest little fangs.
- Please Stop Dying Pin Button. A frazzled healer holding up a potion in each hand, for the player who keeps the whole party alive and would like some credit for it.
- Tip Your Bard Pin Button. A chibi red panda bard strumming a lute. The bard is the party's musician, and a good song deserves a coin or two.
Every pin we make lives in our pin buttons collection.
For the game master
The game master, or GM, is the person who runs the game. They write the story, voice every villain and answer "wait, can I..." about four hundred times a night. A small gift that says "we see you" goes a long way.
- Rules Lawyer Sticker. A rules lawyer is the player who cites page numbers from memory. Give it to the GM who has to referee one, or to the rules lawyer, who will wear it with pride.
- TPK Survivor Sticker. A trophy from the players who survived the GM's last boss fight. Barely.
- Roll for Initiative Sticker. The three words that start every fight. Your GM says them every week, so they might as well have the sticker.
- No Plan Survives Contact With the Players Sticker. The GM spent all week on the dungeon. The players found a door nobody planned for.
- That Roll Is Canon Now Sticker. For the moment one wild roll rewrites the story. Canon means it officially happened.
- Scheduling Is the Final Boss Sticker. A calendar monster with every date crossed out. Every GM has fought it.
More ideas for the person behind the screen are in our game master gifts collection.
For the rest of the party
- Tip Your Bard Sticker. The red panda bard from the pin, for the player who answers every problem with a song.
- Please Stop Dying Sticker. The frazzled healer from the pin, in our retro style.
- I'd Like to Try Something Sticker. A grinning swashbuckler swinging from a chandelier, for the player who hears the careful plan and looks up.
- It's Primed. That Counts. Sticker. A mouse proudly holding up one grey, freshly primed knight miniature, for the mini painter with a shelf of unpainted figures.
- Love at First Roll Sticker. Two otters holding up a five and a six, for the couple who still roll dice together.
For goblin people
Some people are not players or GMs. They are goblins. They hoard dice, guard the good snacks and keep a mental list of every coin the party ever found. At our table, "goblin" is a compliment.
Start with the Loot Goblin Sticker, then add the softer Cute Loot Goblin Sticker for anyone whose goblin energy runs more cuddly than chaotic. Every goblin we make is in the goblin gifts collection.
Three stocking stuffers we don't sell
We would rather you give a great stocking than buy everything from us. These three are cheap, useful and loved by every board gamer we know.
- A fresh deck of playing cards. Every host has a deck missing one card that nobody will admit to losing. Replace it.
- Card sleeves. Clear plastic sleeves that protect game cards from snack fingers. Sizes vary by game, so sneak a look at their favorite box first, or pick a mixed pack.
- A gift card to a local game store or board game cafe. It gets them a night out, a new game they pick themselves, and it keeps your local game store in business.
Stretch the budget
Stocking stuffers add up. Here is how to make the money go further with us.
- Buy 5, get 1 free. Add any six stickers or pins to your cart and the cheapest one comes off free, automatically. Mix and match however you like. Twelve items means two are free.
- Free US shipping on orders of $50 or more. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your cart. Honest math: shipping on a single sticker can cost more than the sticker, so filling every stocking in one order is the smart move.
- Expect more than one package. Stickers and pins are made by different production partners, so a mixed order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Quick answers
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Everything is made to order. Most orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days, then take 2 to 5 business days to reach US addresses, and every order ships with tracking. We ship to US addresses only. We will post our Christmas order-by dates on the FAQ as soon as our production partners publish their holiday cutoffs. Until then the honest answer is: the earlier you order, the safer you are. The details are in our shipping policy.
Are the stickers waterproof?
No. They are glossy vinyl made for indoor use: laptops, notebooks, journals and dice boxes. Keep them dry and out of the dishwasher.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email support@gamenightsociety.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. See our refund policy for the rest.
